Section 01
Introduction
Welcome to WestFinanceBank. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before opening an account or using any of our banking services.
Section 02
Account Opening & Eligibility
To open an account with WestFinanceBank, you must be at least 18 years of age and provide valid identification documents. We reserve the right to refuse account opening at our discretion.

  • Proof of address not older than 3 months
  • Minimum initial deposit may apply depending on account type
Section 03
Deposits & Withdrawals
All deposits are subject to verification and may be held for processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days, subject to security checks and applicable regulations.

Fees & Charges
WestFinanceBank reserves the right to modify fees with 30 days' prior notice. Current fee schedules are available at all times in your online banking dashboard under Account Settings.

Privacy & Data Protection
We protect your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and international standards. We never sell your data to third parties without your explicit consent.

Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access to your account.

We may terminate accounts that violate our terms or remain inactive for extended periods. You may close your account at any time, subject to a zero balance and settlement of any outstanding obligations.
